they make one for the corolla will this fit in my car plus will i see anything out of it,its only 51 dollars plus i got a good mechanic who wont charge me barely anything ,also is this dangerous like operning a can of worms

if the head gasket is for the 7a-fe then it will work just fine.

What year Corolla are you referring to?
You won't get any gains from just doing the headgasket without any other changes, unless yours is gone already. If there is no need to replace the gasket, don't.
