i say do what every you want, i wouldnt give a **** what other people think about my car, if you want s2000 tails i say go for it. Also, if someone did rear end you, their insurance would have to replace whatever is damaged regardless if its custom work, or just stock, so you could bank hardcore on that due to the fact you would prolly get a huge estimate on alot of custom work. (plus its illegal for a insurance company to force you to go to a certain place, so id be takin it to the best damn shop in town and gettin a nice huge estimate) |

wow im really dissapointed in some of these posts, isnt this webpage dedicated to people who like to MOD their celicas. Changing taillights is modding your car, if u dont like it perhaps this website isnt for you. Personally i think you should do whatever floats your boat. now that i thought of it i might wanna do the z4 tails for my car

this is for modding celis, just cleanly not gayly. Sorry but take your tail light bull$hit somewhere else. you take whats good away from the car and put some gay car tails on it.

I think that idea of the solara tails is a great idea, you should throw your celi into photoshop and see what it would look like with those tails. I bet it would look fantastic. The bimmer tails i dont think would look as nice but again photoshop it and maybe it will be amazing. Before i ordered my wing i threw it on my car in photoshop, and i thought it looked great so i bought the wing, and i really love it.

i talked to a bodyshop about a month ago about doing s2000 taillights way before seeing the person who has done them on here and the bad thing is my car is red too, however mine won't be a trailer queen
also in my opinion the tails are def not one of the nice parts of the celica in fact one of the worse, they look like my geo tail lights so i am definately doing something i just wish there were more alternatives -------------------- |

personally i think taillight conversions are a good thing adds your own sense of personality to the car, s2000 was nice once, z4 i've considered but they are too small and i don't think would go with the car, i like the solara idea and also accord altezzas

i dont think some of u guys realize that it takes more work than just molding the new tails into ur car. wiring needs to be redone as well.

changing the wiring is easy though. i think its only 4-6 wires that you need to change. |
