I think it might be time to sell the Celica and move on to other things, but I need a question answered. How much do I ask for my car? I know I can go by the Blue Book, but do I tack a little extra on for the wheels, and exhaust and all the other stuff? What do you guys think would be reasonable for a 96 ST with 97,000 miles and the aftermarket stuff listed in my profile?

Your celica looks extremely clean. To answer your question, the aftermarket modifications do not generally add material value to the car although clean modifications can help a car sell faster. If you are intent on getting compensated for the modifications, you are better off replacing the aftermarket items with your oem parts (assuming you still have them) and selling the aftermarket items seperately. This would obviously not apply to all your parts (e.g. struts) but would apply to others (e.g. wheels). Good luck.

i know your trying to do the right thing for your motor, but this is one of those times where you should just trust the guys who have had their swaps for a while and have done a ton of research into this.
