passenger only would be my impression
there shouldn't be a button for it persay, but the mirror should have a defrost logo on it ![]() -------------------- ![]() |

In the UK they were fitted from '96 on. There's no button for it, they're either on all the time or maybe linked to the rear screen demister, and there's nothing on the glass to show. The only way to tell is to take the glass out and find the wires on the back.
