Nope, there were never any USDM GT-Fours, for any year. There were fourth generation and fifth generation Celica All-Tracs though.

I have a SX (australian), will some iRotor brake pads that say theyre for the USDM GT fit my car? because this happened with my TWM short shifter, the plastic cups I have are apparently bigger than the ones that the shifteris designed for....?

I know some JDM and european 2nd, 5th, and now i see 6th gens have had them.
