QUOTE(6GGT @ Dec 20, 2004 - 11:06 AM) Today while fixing my front end and installing my front bumper, 2 headlights fell down and shattered. Since the toyota dealership chages 150 for each, it would just be cheaper to get projectors....I looked on ebay and couldnt find any....does any one know where i can find projectors for cheap?? Try around $800 for the set. |

Well he can spend the 300 for NEW lights or he can spend maybe 100 for some used ones maybe 150? Or he can spend 5-600 on projectors. He said "it would just be cheaper to get projectors" when it wont be no matter how you look at it.

Jeff at toyotaworld.com could do $750 + shipping, but he said there is about 3 month wait usually. Give it a try. I searched around for a while before I got mine, and i ended up buying them part of a deal, gt-4 hood, bumper, and headlights.
Good luck. Toyota World is the best if you can't wait. If you can wait, just be patient. I'd just find the lights used at a junk-yard or something, and then just wait for a good deal on projectors somewhere. -------------------- psalm 69 |

K what I ment was that its worth to get the projectors beacause it istn much more than 4 new hjeadlights. I just went to a toyota dealership and its 150 for each high beam and 240 for each low beam....than means for a set of all brand new headlights its guna be 780 dollars........... this isnt a big difference from projector head lights that are 800 dollars............now do u understand what im saying?
Well any way I unded up only getting the glass of 3 headlights because I didnt need the whole housing for the headlights and bought one whole headlight because the brackets to hold the headlight in place broke off. This came to be 450 dollars.... Which is still expensive for headlights considering brand new lets say "civic" projector headlights are only 200 for the set.. -------------------- |

If you had $800 lying around and no hurry to put in head lights, then yeah I would have gone with projectors.
