since I bought my 95 last year my trunk release has never worked, when you pull the release its supposed to pop up right? Mine doesn't, when you let go it just re-locks. Is there anyway to fix this?

It does that to keep you from opening it on the highway with your shoe lace. : )

Mine used to work perfectly, and then I installed a spoiler and three or four layers of sound deadener on my trunk lid of my coupe, and now my trunk popper stays unlocked only if I pop the trunk and don't close the door. If I pop it and close the door, the vibration will close the trunk. I'd try that and see if that works. smile.gif

mines a 95 convertible and it does that too!!! always has....but when I took the spoiler off to paint it, it stayed unlocked.....I just always thought my shocks were bad so I was going to buy new stronger ones. I've heard that happening to alot of cars with spoilers and people say its just because the spoiler is just an add-on at the factory and its just to heavy with the factory shocks which are the same as the coupes with no spoiler.
