Fiberglass, and its painted with plastic paint with some small structure.

how did you shape it? foam? clay? and where did you get the rings around the projectors from? i went to pic n pull and got some prjectors off of a bmw and i am starting this as soon as i can get some spare head lights.

Wait for my how to, dont learn on your own mistakes like i did.. cuz i killed one of my headlights (im glad that i hade spear one...).
I will reasemble one of my headlights and i will take photos of every part that was made and i will describe. The process of making projectors fit is pretty easy, but the hard part goes then you have to make housing around projectors (the black one in my pics). Just wait guys till next sunday, i will have new pics then.
