now you can buy smokes, ya. Happy B-Day, I turned 21 on MLK day so now i can buy anything, right?? So you know what i bought.............. lottery ticket and they didnt even ID me, I was so upset.

lol laws arent enforced on this island... the law enforcement is really bad. I have been clubbing since i was 14 and a nine year old could buy alcohol if he wants. They don't ID us for cigarets, alcohol or lottery tickets. The cops don't arrest you for donuts and burn outs and most times they don't care about street racing. I am happy i am 18 though. I am scared my dad gives me luggage tomorrow though lol.
