i always thought ortho was high in hormones
 anyways sounds like you have a low iron count from what you describe to me (anemia), but I would hope doctors would pick up on that...

I don't know about stress being a cause or even contributing factor. Im the king of stress, I have anxiety about everything. The only thing Ive got out of it is chronic heart burn.
Is this a fact or just another old wives tail? |

Take Vitimin C
 like orange juice... whatever... When i get sick, I just drink a lot... My theory is, is that if you drink a lot of water/whatever, it will wash away the sicness outa yur system! so far its worked with me
