I have a question. A lil prick at my school who thinks its cute to draw penis' on hoods did it to my car hood, and trunk. Problem is that my car was dirty, so its basically scratched in there. Can i get this kid to pay for a new paintjob?

if he just used his finger i can gurantee you that u wont notice it unless he has some long ass sharp nails.

my car has so much salt on it and everything. I washed my car hardcore today, still see it in the light.

wax and a punch in the face will take care of it

Same thing happened to my car. But instead of the person drawing a penis, the person put on there 'muff diver' and I've washed it a few times since then, and it's still incredibly noticable.

regardless of wax can i get a new paintjob if i get him to admit it

just tell him your gana sue his parents for everything they have because now your car is destroyed, I woudl not beat his little punk a$$ because he can trun it all on you and send you to jail, where is the daily punishment. besides little wax and you good.

yeah, take him to small claims if you get a confession with multiple witnesses.

Idk if i have witness's, i might. But what if he admits it with ppl hearing him admit it?

or like Aaron on the board who had some chick spray paint his car! I had someone throw a cupcake at my car cuz i cut them off and i let it dry and then took the rough part of a sponge to it and we buffed it out for hte most part so i cant imagine that the penis drawing will be there for life.

Dude polish it an be done with it.. your not going to get a new paint job out of it.. and you would be wasting your time.

If someone causes deliberate damage to your car it comes under the heading of Criminal Damage, I had water based paint chucked on my car the other week, even though it washed straight off, when I told the cops, they said it would go in their books as "criminal damage" just find some proof and he`s a gonner.
