Ok, I did this conversion this summer to my 94 ST. It was fairly straight forward and cost me 800 in parts beucause I did the labor myself. This is what you will need:

c-52 manual tranny 94-99 st
Slave Cylinder
Hydraulic Lines
Master Cylinder
Clutch (Disc, pressure plate, throw out bearing)
Manual Flywheel
Clutch Pedal
Brake Pedal off manual celica
Shifter
Shift boot
Shift cables
ALL Engine mounts for manual
ALL bolts needed...flywheel uses different bolts, need pedal bolts, clutch bolts, bolts for tranny, etc..

The swap took me 15 hours with the help of a friend. It should have been faster but we ran into some snags. This is a really rough outline of the swap but here ya go: Remove Front wheels, lower left and right control arms, remove axles from wheel hub, pull axles off of tranny, place jack under tranny, remove all hoses wires etc, remove all bolts holding tranny to engine (remove starter), slowly pull tranny out and away while dropping it with jack, remove torque converter and flywheel, replace with manual flywheel, use clutch guide tool and insert clutch, bolt pressure plate over clutch assembly, raise manual tranny and bolt on with necessary bolts. Now cut a whole in firewall where the clutch master cylinder would go, bolt onto clutch pedal, connect hydraulic lines from slave cylinder on tranny to the master cylinder. Attach brake pedal, shifter, attach shifter cables from shifter to control levers on tranny. On the automatic tranny there is the neutral safety switch, in order for the ecu to bypass this you need to splice two wires together to bypass the neutral safetery switch to make the car believe it is manual. Start her up and pray everythings all right. Thats really really rough but you get the idea

You could contact http://www.usedengines.com and see if they have a used tranny for your car.
