ok the other day i was on here and we were talking about intake temp sensors well i have had mine sitting in my engine bay for about a year now i want to put it in but i dont have the little rubber thingy off the stock box what can i do??? please help

Wrap the wire in electrical tape so that it will be super snug in hole in the intake tubing. That should hold it in place. Or else just go to home depot and try to find something that is the same size as the original "rubber thingy".

I lost my rubber thing and I ended up buying some weather stripping at an auto store. It comes in a big role and it’s stick on one side. I cut a small piece and wrapped it around the sensor base. Its been holding for 2 years now.
