K well my cars exterior is finally complete..iv done a lot in one year...once i get my bros dig camera back from him at college im guna post some pics...should be soon... but any ways

I need to lower my car...with my invader kit.. i scrape a little getting in my driveway..and thats with my stock springs.... im thinking about lowering about 1.5 inches in the rear and the front... im thinking about getting aerospeed coilovers..how do they perform? Will they work with my stock struts or do i need aftermarket struts as well to get a smoother ride...the last thing i want to do is have my car ride liek crap...id rather keep the suspension stock...what do u guys think?

18" and 14" rims full arospeed coilover drop
with KYB GR 2 in the rear stock struts in the front
but i'm goin to get kyb gr2 fronts as soon as i can afford them
i love my coilovers
but i'm the only one on here with them they handle great
but the only thing is you have to make sure you get the arospeeds with METAL bushings not urethane cause with urethane your screwed metal is good smile.gif

If you want a better ride overall then go with springs not coil overs. Most springs for our cars lower it about how much your looking for (1.5 inches). But if you want to be able to lower/raise it whenever you want then go with coil overs. And you don't want a crappy ride then definitely repalce your stock struts (assuming they never been changed before) with either one of the two.

stay away from the arospeed ones. I had them for 3 weeks and had to replace 2 shocks.

Get some decent springs instead.
