Does anybody here actually "ENJOY" drinking alcohol? I mean does anybody drink it to simply drink it and not to get drunk? I dunno if im just gettin older or if im just past that phase or what...but i just simply enjoy drinking beer. I dont have to get drunk or buzzed at all. I'll drink it at 11 in the morning with pancakes and cereal. I dunno...i just see all these "drunken" posts and i just ask myself if anybody here truly enjoys drinking here. Not getting drunk.

I do and im only 19, I like having a small glass of irish whiskey or rum at night, compleatly independent of getting a buzz.

Yeah i'm 21 and sometimes I get lit, but i'm more of the 1-2 beers at the bar thing. It's like smoking once you're old enough it loses it's novelty.

I think im actually allergic to alcohol. I get pretty sick off of any drinks even if i dont drink much. My mom breaks out into a rash if she drinks. Im not a fan of drinking but like it for the first 15 mins of being buzzed then i just pass out

Ouch thats harsh. I enjoy drinkin and im only 17. Linquor and the other hand is for me when i want to get f'ed up. lol.

I get in moods for different types of drinks wether its a beer, glass of wine or a magarita. Even though I stock a full bar at home, I don't drink daily. But I do like to drink.

yeaa thats what im like...i'll go to a bar...stay there for like an hr or 2...just have 2 or 3 beers and head back home. its relaxing

I love mixed drinks, but they cost a LOT. So the only time i drink them is when I want a buzz or somethin. "If I was rich girl" I might drink just to drink lol. Other wise I wouldnt wanna waste my money on it. If I want somethin to quench my thirst ill get a frikin slurpee! LOL (which reminds me...why does slurpee have the word pee in it? gross!)

I guess because I've grown up around it I enjoy drinking wine, I usually have a glass with dinner, but i don't drink it to get drunk .

In my eyes, drinking is a total waste of time and money. I hate the feeling I got when I had a drink or two when I used to drink but now I just hate everything about it. I hate how my friends are when they drink, I hate the decisions they make, and most of them don't know when to say enough is enough so they make stupid decisions. One of my 'friends' f'd me over one night because she couldn't make a concious decision. I say F*** drinking.

both...sometimes i dont car and just want to chill, other days i just want to go to the mall and be messed up.

I love beer.. an wine.. dont like liqour to much, but i do enjoy rum an coke and white russians..

I drink more on weekends with my buddys just so i dont feel like an alcholic.. I even enjoy wine alot..

hahah were u thinkin about the lil conversation we had online lol personally i enjoy drinkin but NOOO BEER jsut mixed drinks cuase they taste good and they elevate my mood its good to drink with people lol u know ur an alcholohic if u end up drinnking alone

exact same thing here, i tried liquor for a bit, but i really didn't like it
beer seems way too watery (at least what i've had)

detting drunk was fun for a while, but it ends up not being worth the hangover the next day

i love the taste of wine, i usually have a glass every night after dinner (only one)

when we have people over or for a dessert drink we usually have some Amaretto and Sambucca or my favorite Limoncello. You aren't supposed to drink those liqueurs to get drunk its a dessert thing.

I will never ever drink. My mother gets drunk every night off of Vodka Tonics to the point where she cant even walk. She has shown me what alcohol does to a person, and I will never ever be with, be friends with, or become anything like that. Alcohol is trash, and this world would be better off without it. Maybe if alcohol wasn't invented my brother would still be alive.

actually it has been proven that drinking one or 2 glasses of wine a day is actually healthy for you. but anywayz...some people just dont know to control themselves and tahts where the trouble sets in. as long as u can control urself and not be stupid...then theres absolutely nothing wrong with drinking.

Alcoholisim is a chemical dependancy issuse, and also genetically linked. My mom is an alcoholic, and if she has any, she dosent stop till she passes out from it. I, on the other hand, like it in more moderation. I do l love wine, plain and simple... I could live off of it if that were possible. Other than that, I like hard liquor when I like to get drunk with friends, or ill have a mixed drink before bed if im stressed... Hate beer to no end... Not going to lie, I enjoy the mellowness a slight buzz gives me, and when im with friends and we are a lil "tipsy", the memories (most good, some arent so good), are what make life worth living to me... I do not enjoy boring 24/7/365, so its a nice refresher every now and then to say to one another "wtf" and laugh about it

I'm 17 & I've never drank in my life. All I've had is rum cake, which prolly doesnt have enough to say I've had anything. Alot of my friends drink often- get drunk. I dont see anything wrong with drinkin 1 or 2 but I personally think getting drunk is stupid.

nah don't touch the stuff, i don't like the tast of it....... i love coke

and my car is more inportant to me then a couple of beers !!!!!!!!!!!!
