right now, nothing keeps me going but the idea that one day, maybe things will get better. empty dreams it seems, but that's all there is.
my pride keeps me going. while i see myself as generally worthless, and at this point, a failure pertaining to where i am at this point in my life, i know that i'm capable of doing better. i also know that in time, i will get there. that's what keeps me going. also, lizzie. my dog. when i'm feeling down, or stressed, i just look at her. it's like looking at my child. she makes me smile. if i'm hurting, i can hold her. no matter what i do during the day, no matter how much i fail, no matter how much i fall short, at the end of the day, she beats her tail against the floor upon sight of me. that keeps me going. nothing beats the unconditional love that you get from a pet. -John- -------------------- |

right now this is my schedule: 8:30am-10am work as office admin at an accounting firm, 10-11:30am class, 11:30-1pm lunch, 1-5pm office admin at accounting firm, 5-9pm work retail (only mondays and tuesdays) every day i have to work at the accounting firm for work experience, 5.5 hours a day, no pay... i get paid $8.25/hour for working in the retail store, it's not bad since minimum wage is $7.00.. but i still hate mondays and tuesdays cause it feels like i'm going from 830am-9pm every day, sucks a lot

I work monday til friday every week and that pays me almost 40 000$ US every year. I'm only 20 years old and still live with my parents (because it's cheaper). My only expenses are my car and my phone bill.
I'm a computer support kinda guy at the hospital in town and I get to fix all the computer related problems that arise every day. It's really funny and I actually enjoy work. Once every 5 weeks I have 1 week 24/7 with phone support in case something ****ty happens after work hours. I also get free phone and Internet at home. -------------------- |

Nat, you need to find something you enjoy. Since you like to travel why not become a flight attendant or something. To me you do sound a little spoiled, no offense.
