2 and 3 look good. I think the color on that civic is a bit too brown. you need more green like in 3

Coomer,

I you are open to suggestions how about fighter jet gray?

I personally would not go flat, just a typical gloss with very little depth.

IMO, go with army green if ur goin green, or go with a dark green. my friend painted his chevette in British Racing Green, it looks sick, not 2 bright but is still sick lookin.

Personally I prefer a darker green, such as the Forest/Sequoia Green (whatever it's called) that came on some celicas, like on trdevelopment's car:

Thanks for the comments guys. I don't really like the dark green colors, and gunmetal or dark gray is a good consideration, except it's a lot more common, and I want my car to be more unique. wink.gif Plus it'd show more dirt and be harder to keep clean.

I sanded down and primed a fender from my purple Celica over the weekend and tried to mix some paint just to spray it on and see how it'd look, but my paint came out way too bright green...I needed brown but didn't have any. But I may try painting that fender a olive green sort of color soon and then shoot some clear on it and see how it looks.

But for now I've decided that I'll buy a beater first (Celica, CRX, EF Civic, B13 Sentra, something like that) and then decide.

If you need change, Coomer, leave it yellow but go for something like that:

eww...i hate when ppl do that, with the fake cf look. Theres a guy at my school whos too cheap to buy a cf hood for his civic hatch so he did a gray primer, gray base coat then layed a peice of screening for a door over it, and did a black topcoat then cleared it. It looks sooo crappy.

I'd like to see a pic of that.
EDIT: People were doing the black hood look way before the idea of a carbon fiber hood came along.

Hey, lean back. That was never meant to be CF look. It is just black paint for contrast with yellow. Anyway, no need to do CF in GT4 as it has aluminium hood - difference in weight is neglectable.

BTW - I hate when people put Mugen style exhausts on their Celicas, they're not bikes.
