Just wondering if anyone has an air bag suspension, i was thinking of it for my 6G. but then i was thinking control on turns, because if they are loose/soft, i dont want to be swaying all over the place. but it would definatley protect my body kit and paint investment over the harsh New England weather.

Comments, Pictures, Thoughts are all welcome wink.gif

mines an everyday driver.
doesn't bother me a bit. ride quality is about the same as coilovers but w/o the popping noise.
i have a crap load of vids floating around on here. i have a couple in my cardomain site that shows me playing with the bags.

I have to get mine inspected every year here in Pennsylvania and they never say anything about the air ride except how cool it is. You will be fine as long as your not stupid with it. I know here in PA if your caught playing with it on the road they will make you take it off. I don't recomend it for a daily driver. It gets annoying on long trips.

playing with it? I do plan on using it if i'm getting ready to turn into a steep driveway... or over speed bumps... etc... but i don't plan on just driving down the road poping it up and down.. will they still say something you think??

Alright to save a new thread, I have a question about air ride. Has anybody heard of AIM industries? I was thinking about getting a kit from them.

http://airbagit-store.com/product_list.asp?id=2122

Are any of those kits any good or would i be better off just buying all the parts individually and putting my own kit together?

AIM is a good company.
u might find that buying everything seperately will be cheaper.

most expensive part is gonna be the bags.

I got my whole set up from AIM. I haven't had any problems with it yet. I've bought a ton of stuff from AIM through the years and I can't be more satisfied.

I went with aim too... we finally got the suspension in and working.. Just have a very slight leak in rear setup..

I wasn't too happy with Aim cuz they sent block valves which i asked not for... 2 of them cracked already and one of the switches broke....

Right now i need to find out why the steering is so crazy frown.gif
