nice job.

when you click on somones name in the profile, it dosnt take you to their garage like it used to.

do ebay links work correctly now?

Probably because the main site isn't up yet.

Test:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Multi-Layer...013159849QQrdZ1

Edit: Doesn't look like ebay links work just by copying it out of the address bar and pasting it into the reply box.

Still have to use this format:
CODE
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=8013159849

The little tiny icon used in bookmarks and stuff still has som white pixels on the side.

You ARE saving the logo as an .ai file now, aren't you?

Damn you Coomer.

Also.. I just don't like the 6GCELICAS(sandbox text)FORUMS!!!!! logo at the top of the forums... we're cooler than that yo! We're sleek and sexy.

Where exactly are these white pixels? Think you could take a screenshot for me? smile.gif

And the icon must be of type .ico to be widely used by web browsers.

The user profiles are part of the main site, which isn't quite done yet. Expect them to be working within a week.

I think the eBay links work...I got them to work with my test posts.

This one seems to work for me...copied directly from the address bar:

Ebay links don't work when you just paste the link into the reply box and let the board automaticly turn it into a hyperlink.

Using the URL tags in any reply box works ok it's just when the URL tags are left out and the board does it automaticly that the links get messed up.

I just copied and pasted without using the URL tag and it worked fine for me. Can you give me a link that you can't get to work?

Great job with the site Christian.

I have a suggestion though; on the forums/ page have the text under 'forced induction' and 'meet/event discussion' links skip to the next line earlier so that it does not run into the washout pics.

I think I can speak for everyone here when I say thanks tons for putting your time, effort, and money into this site. It is much appreciated smile.gif

This link doesn't work:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Multi-Layer...013159849QQrdZ1

First time I posted it with Windows 2000 and IE. This time I posted it with Windows XP and FF. Both times I used Fast Reply.

Paste in Full Edit mode without URL tags:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Multi-Layer...013159849QQrdZ1

Pasted in Full Edit mode and manually entered URL tags:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Multi-Layer...013159849QQrdZ1

Allright, that's wierd. They all started working for me... Let's try it again:

Windows XP and FF pasted into fast reply no URL tags entered:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Multi-Layer...013159849QQrdZ1

Windows XP and FF pasted into fast reply URL tags entered manually:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Multi-Layer...013159849QQrdZ1

Fast reply doesnt seem to work, and emoticons wont work when clicked. manually typed they do. I'm at work on an old windows 98 setup maybe thats why.

^ all thoes links worked for me?

an idea, to keep up with the cool pics on the main forums page, for Website Discussion you could have a screen shot of the main forums page or any of the sup pages. and for off topic you could have a photoshoped colage pic of a few coming things bought up in off topic, like a video game/ school book/ diff car/ pc.

I think Bigfoot is blurry, that's the problem. It's not the photographer's fault. Bigfoot is blurry. And that's extra scary to me, because there's a large, out-of-focus monster roaming the countryside.
