well heres the thing, me and my ex broke up 3 months ago, we left on good terms, no drama for the first 2-3 months, then out of nowhere she comes up with "you owe me money" im just like wtf how, and she said from your car (because she would pay me $100 every month and I would let her use my car like it was her's and I really needed the money) so now shes like I want my f*ckin money back. So im just like go f*ck yourself, give me my $600 camcorder, my verizon phone ($300) and the cancellation fee for verizon ($175) and I'll give you your money back. Now she has her new boyfriend (which was my worst enemy) calling me and sayin hes gonna break my neck and ****, knowing damn well i'd kick his ass for the 3rd time. My problem is not this kid or his friends (well it kinda is) im just scared at the fact its pretty easy to walk up at night, throw a brick at my car and drive off. I'd love to just catch these mother f*ckers with some of my friends but I have very few friends now so thats not gonna work, lol. Anywho im just stressed out tryin to vent a little. And I was planning on getting my car repainted on the 28th (my birthday w00t) but now thats not looking like such a hot idea. Anywho, any idea's on what to do to handle a situation like this? This is highschool crap and im tired of it :-( I need some new friends, I have like 2 friends that I actually can just go chill with.

the cops and lawyers are your best friend if they do anything to your celi. like you said. she pays wat she owes you and you pay wat you owe her and if her new bf ever try to threaten you again. record wat he said and bring him to court. better yet. do that, and if he did anything to your celi and you caught him. it's jail time for him and big money for you.

well u dont owe her money unless she has a written agreement signed by you and her

i've got 2 messages saved on my cell that they left for me, funny thing is 1 is from ym ex and shes like "i'll **** you up, BITCH" she trys to act ghetto and **** knowing shes never been in a fight. But ya the smartest thing to do would put a restraining order on them and take this legally. Sue'ing is always good, then I can get a new car and do my 3s-gte swap :-p

If you dont have full coverage with comprehensive I would definitely look into it. Maybe even homeowners insurance.

I wouldnt ignore them, Id try and work it out asap in order to prevent that crap.

I do have full coverage (even if anything gets stolen from my car its covered) and my dad does have home owners insurace, I just dont want the headache so im thinking about a restrainging order

Its all talk i bet. i wouldnt worry about it personally but thats just me!


restraining order is useless i think - that will just make them more upset. just let it go! unless u actually feel threatened!

I guess just the part that sucks the most is for the past 3 years this was the girl I thought I was going to marry, but sh*t happens, live and learn right? Why do the faithful, 'give anything to your girlfriend to see her happy' guys always get the worst girls?

yo check it out, on saturday I tryed to get this girls #, she wouldnt give me the time of day, then sunday I stopped by in my friends Range Rover, this hoe was all on my nuts, it was so funny because she actually thought she fooled me.

IF THIS WERE ME, I'd file the restraining order on those "gangstas" and bang my ex one last time. then just ignore everyone and change my phone number if i have to. eventually they'll just stop or show up at my house after being ignored so much, at which point they'll be very pissed and i'll either walk outside with a nice bat. OR instead of the bat thing, call the cops and get them off ur lawn. u got the full coverage on the celi and home insurance so the headache wont be as big as if u didnt have all that.

actually... as long as it contains the 4 elements of a contract ( 1. agreement 2. consideration 3. legality
4.capacity ) it's valid. Also- there is such thing as an "express contract" which is an oral contract. In this contract the plaintiff must have furnished some kind of service or property, as a result the plaintiff must have expected to be paid, and the defendant knew or should have known that the plaintiff wanted to be paid, and the defendant had a chance to reject the service and did not.

just as an FYI that things to do not need to be in writing .

I doubt something like this is going to court though.

this is what i would do -- BUT PLEASE DON"T DO LIKE ME

find when the boyfriend and your ex are together... walk up to him ... punch im in the neck and kick im the nuts ... then slap her upside the head and pull her by head down to the floor with him... and whisper in there ears...keep fooking with me and i won't be so nice and let you too asshole breath anymore.... get up and slowlly walk away ....

that usally stops people from calling you ... but if they are stupid enuff to call you again or do anything to your car or house ... u take your favroit baseball bat and hit them right behind the right ear... that makes people forget the last few hours ... on swift wack ... both her and him... and u also cut their index fingers off.. but make sure you bring the tips to stop the bleeding ... they you hire i homeless guy to drop off the package at their houses a few weeks later..

Package- their fingers with a note inside.. want to keep fooking with me or do you want it to stop now ??

I tryed it, and they called me again, what now? lol. Nah but on a serious not my ex called me last night and was like "im sorry for how I was acting I was just really pissed cuz me and my bf broke up" and im like "damn that sucks, now you have no boyfriend and no money *click*"

AH HAA HAA, tats some funny 5hit now. one word of advice, never give anything expensive to your girlfriend, and never agree to some dumb 5hit agreement about lending something to her our yurself for a price.

I wouldnt worry about it. My room mate and i went thru a whole drama and she was going to take me to small claims and i was like yeah just try take me to small claims - ill countersue you for the damage furniture! needless to say we just stopped talking and that was that and a year later were friends now! it got real intense though! her new room mate even spit on my car! i was like OH NO SHE DIDNT! but its all good now!
