So this just started the other day, I need to get it fixed by next week when the guy flys up to pick up my car.

Ticking while in gear
Its coming from under the front pass side, maybe right by the wheel. I can only really hear while in a drive thru or close to another car, but it ONLY does it while in gear and moving. If I put it in nuteral while Im moving doesnt do it. Sounds like a tick/vibration. Loud when in a drive thru.

5speed tranny

Could it be an exhaust vidration or are we getting deeper?\

do you hear ticking while at idle? if you do it might be your valves ticking.

it could really be a number of things that are ticking... :-/. could be a bomb in your engine bay - who knows. if u say its comming from the passenger side, it could be nething related to suspension, but u said it only happens in gear during giving it some gas right? or is it idle in gear only

It's a wheel bearing. Unless it speeds up while your sitting and reving the engine. Not really a simple fix, but pretty simple. A lot better than any internal thing. Take it too a parking lot and turn it one way and make circles, then turn it the other way. If it ticks when you turn to the left and circle, it's the right wheel, if it ticks when you turn right, it's the left wheel. Simple test. You're hearing it louder though a drive through because the sound is bouncing off the walls. Same things as how the car sounds louder in parking garage.

If Im rolling thru a drive thru it doesnt make the noise, only while in gear. If it is a wheel bearing I know for sure its coming from the pass front. Also, I can kinda here a lil vibration sound while on the interstate when I give it a good amount of gas

I'd go with what Lagos said then. Check both, sometimes things can be funny, and people will not quite understand. I've done that, I get it in my head that something is the problem, then I image all these signs of it.
