Go SS III mate !

GT 4's are good, but not all that when yoou put them next to a Evo or scooby !!

but the Beams in a FWD is one hell of a car smile.gif (as long as it's not auto!!!)
and you won't get all the stress from the boy racers at the lights.....

Finally SOME ONE steped out and said this.. wink.gif

Which part of this is most significant to you?

The part what the ovner of the "4" isnt only telling how his ccar is good and etc..

yes, the "4" is good thing, good looking and etc - but stupidly overpriced (IMHO). SuperStrut makes it even more complicated... Not counting CT26... Im working with lots of rally guys who Prepare / work / drive cars what are Turbo and AWD. I test drove / drove GT4 - All track and FOR ME this is not the car what i would want (i would LOVE to have a combo of a ST202 + 3SGTE engine and brakes from the "4" and LSD tranny).

This is just my opinion, and as much as i love all Celicas, but im not what "crazy' about the "4".. Maybe im just scared of the hastle what Turbo / AWD car could bring... And maybe im not what Rich to handle all the hastle??

This IS JUST MY opinion - all this based on MY experience with this car, and im not TRYING to make a statment here.

To be fair, if high running / maintenance costs scare you then the 4 isnt for you as it can be crippling to run/repair bearing in mind they are getting long in the tooth.
Mine has cost me £25 in necessary repairs (broken thermostat) in the last 12 months but I can also show you people whove spent over £5,000 to keep their cars on the road this year.
Im sure which ever one you do decide on, itll rock your world and become the love of your life smile.gif

i've not driven a 6th gen without Super strut, but i'm told you can feel the difference when pushing the car ! why not just change it all now then your good for at least 150,000km ???

I would have to agree with everyone else and say gt4, but which ever one you like. both have their advantages and disadvantages, fewer with the gt4 though. Peace.

I'm very in love with cars, so I feel the need to move somewere were I can get ahold of some good ones. The GT-4 would be nice, but we don't get very many high end sports cars here. Cheaper ones at least. We don't get some of the expensive ones either though. TVR for example.

I'd say get the SS-III.

I kinda realized alot of ST guys like the NA power vs. GT guys who like the AWD Turbo power.

yea im one of those ST guys...
