QUOTE(Silver94CelicaOwner @ Feb 13, 2006 - 11:56 PM) For the life of me I can't really get into V8's.....and im being totally serious when I say I've tried. I'll take a 3SGTE, SR20DE(T), K20, 2ZZFE, 2JZGTE, RB26, etc. that hauls a$$ anyday over just about any pushrod V8 you can throw at me. still there is no replacement for displacement, you do any mods to a 5.0 that you do to a 2.0 same mods, your makin more power on the 5.0, which one is used by top fuel dragsters, not a 5.0 but a big blown hemi v8 |

i'd take a celica over a tib. toyotas are great quality cars i've owned a hyundai before and had ALOT of oil burning on a 50k mile motor and true theyre moving on up quality wise but theyre not yet there and the v6 tib is a pretty nice car but its mpg is terrible...i think like 18mpg city? my friends got the 4 cyl version and he's getting i believe 22-24mpg on that little 1.8
