I was messin with my radio a few days ago and i found a little vblue box at the base o fthe gear stick. written on it was tvss and an adjustment -to + anybody no what this is?

Sounds like a sensitivity adjustment to me. |

there is a photo button it looks like a tree in the toolbar for replys...

does not sound right, my cars stock alarm had the sensitivity thing on the unit itself under the seat, I dont think there is more then 1 type of alarm, its probably aftermarket or something else, but please take a picture of it and post up.
how many wires were going into the box? what colors are they? (can referance the colors to figure it out if its a stock item, but givin the location I say aftermarket. --------------------  |

I wish I had a non-retarded alarm. I swear my alarm wouldn't know the difference between someone smashing into my car from a bird sh*tting onto it. We have pushed my car all over the place to see how much it takes for the alarm to go off and it never does, but when any hill billy drives by with their exhaust cut off the vibrations set it off in an instant.

my digi camera is on holidays at the moment as soon as i t comes baack i'll take a pic. I doesn't look remotely aftermarket.
