backed up into my CELICA in the drive way !!! i was needless to say out of bed in less than .0000001 seconds and ran outside and her car was still against my celica stuck! her rear bumper had gone into my left front wheel well crushed the whole left front pannel and scratched up the front finder... my mom already did the claim form... so now i am going to take her to the most exspensive body shop around but what are my options after that??? i need some help my celica looks like $h!t right now and i got the meet coming up on the 26th of july please need help thanks everyone! GRRRR pissed me off more! but she is at fault 100% she hit a parked car MINE!! the tow truck driver actually had to pull her car away from mine longetudally cry cry cry atleast it didnt get the new 18 rims and perelli tires... the only good thing out of it....

NO way, dude that sucks, Hey If I were you, I'd fliper her car over in the driveway, and when she comes outside, stand on top of it and go "NOW, TAG your IT !!" IF you get big bucks for the damage get a kit..thas what I'd do If I liked them..

D00d, I would have to say it's not girls that can't drive. It's more like teenagers can't drive. All the friends I know have gotten into accidents, and I know quite a few people.

But my grandma comes and visits me from Cali right? And she's got this ZX3 she rented, so I'm like "sweet, let me drive it" and she says "No, you're not a good enough driver yet, and you're not insured". So mumble something like I'll drive my celica into her or something and forget about it. Two days later, I look outside and I say "Hey Grandma, why the hell is your ZX3 touching my celica!" She left the car in DRIVE, and got out, and the car idled into the back of my celi! I was so mad. But of course I couldn't say anything because she was my grandma.

But anyway, see if you can do this one sans the insurance companies. Your rate will go up, and her rate will go up, and it might just end up being your family paying a lot more money than if you paid for the damages yourself.

Oh, and also make sure that she forks over some $$$ to you to fix your car. Even if your parents are paying to have it fixed, make her pay them.

alright i believe the estimate will be some where between 1000 and 1500 for pant parts every thing... but my parents are filing the form they dont want to deal with it... only my sisters rates will go up mine will be the same since she is 100% at fault... hers might not even go up is what my parents say so like i was saying what options do i have??? P.S. i was tempted to cut off her rear bumper to get my celica unstuck this is the second parked car she has hit while revcesing...

Dude you really have to get your car fixed. You can't miss out on this meet. Besides its in the family, so have your parents pay for it to get it fixed quick and then your sister can pay them back or insurance, whatever it takes. Good luck

alright i got 1,260.58 $ is the estimate and it will take 7 work days to complete they are going to repaint her =)and some other things so now i have to take my sterio out and all my inportant papers but i also get 7 days which they give you a rent a car for like o say 9 days since there will be a weekend involved so the insurance company will pay me 80$ a day that i need to use a different car so... evil grin on face i will just use some other means of transportation like perhaps buy an old junker or somthing LOL thats alot of my to rent a car with to play around with so... i will get somthing around 2 grand to fix a little dent in my front left finder any idea's on where i can get the front finder off a celica?? and are they all the same? because hey if i can fix it myself GRIN i will be able to do other things wihtsome of the money left over since they write the check out to me any subjestions now???

i believe the insurance company will only pay the body shop to fix the car, and exactly the amount, and the same go's for the rental car... they really dont usually pay you a check....

I think the driving skills in general for all people are horrible. One reason is that I think people don't know how to use their side mirrors well enough, I recently started to drive bigger trucks while working for my dad this summer, like tractors and trailers etc... With those you only have side mirrors to use which people neglect to learn how to use well. Also, people tend to focus on the back of the car infront of them instead of looking far ahead of them to see problems coming up. Also, people are just fuqing stupid PERIOD! If anyone sees the news/newspaper you know what I mean. FUQ people are stupid, and at the very least if you suck at driving go slow so the Celica drivers don't get their cars smudged. I mean if your sister had been backing up slowly, but did she do a neutral drop into reverse d4mn.

whats funny is my mom got a check in the mail from our insurance company for a rent a car and for teh total damage done we use AAA but yes she said they will get you a check in the mail

so its gunna be back up and running by the 26th, right?

most deffinatly by the 26th i believe this monday she goes in for her face lift the moral lesson learned here is dont let teenage girls behind the wheel they are to irresponsible...
