Im doing the 3sgte swap into my 95 celica gt. Im looking at walbro fuel pumps, but I cant find any 255 lph specifically for 6g celicas. Will the twin turbo supra walbro fuel pump drop right into my tank? If not how much modification is needed? Heres the walbro part #GSS341 . Also, has anyone had the walbro fp fail on them. Thanks for any advance! <Brian>

It requires a little "persuasion" but yeah it'll fit.

the walbro are tough fuel pumps though if you can stand the whining noise that they make.

Im using my fuel pump resistor with the swap. Ive heard that will help keep it quiet. Ill have to see how much I can get an oem tt supra fp for. Id rather stay oem.

the denso supra pump is about 200$
if you buy the foam sleeve they sell for the walboro, it basicly eliminates the whine. -------------------- Former Team 5SFTE pro member ;)

I used the one that was on the ST205, no problems whatsoever with it. Install in ST202 tank was easy.

I dont think I need to really say this, but if you have a turbo, or you have a swap, and you havent changed your fuel pump, I hope that diagram scares you into doing it ASAP.

how about the stock mr2 turbo, fuel pump. is that one adequate? it looks decent on the graph there

its more work to add an inline pump than it is to replace the stock one.
they do it on mr2's because you have to drop the tank to get to the pump on theyre cars. the stock mr2/alltrac pump is good for stock boost, not much more at all. -------------------- Former Team 5SFTE pro member ;)

so what would be a smart choice in a 3sgte swap situation? I'm talking about a direct replacement for the pump in the tank now. does walborro make a pump that goes in there and isn't the inline one? i know the supra pump isn't a bad choice
