it wasn't really a huge up (well for those who do watch soccer) because France has always outplayed Brazil. It was more of an even match, Brazil has played really crappy teams thus far with the exception of maybe Croatia, so people never really got to see the huge favourite (Brazil) in an even match.

England went out yesterday aswell
 shocking game really, uninspired football in the first half, crap referee in the second half....and crap penalties from England....hats off to the Portugese Goalkeeper though....did a good job. Just hope that germany dosnt win.

ricardo was ridiculous in the PK.. and rooney is retarded.. england did a good job of holding on though with a man down..
there were a lot of crap calls against france in the last part of that game, the refs gave brazil all they could and they did nothing with it.. france outplayed them and deserve the win |

I think the Final game will be Germany vs France. Germany winning would be very unexpected....apparently only 7% of their countrymen thought that they would do "well" in the tournament.
