That's ok, when my lights get here(need 96+ turn signals for the bumper), I get to help sand my hood and front fenders down to bare metal. Then my car will be all primer untill I save another $400 for reducer/base/paint/clear(HOK Black Pearl Midnite Blue).
I'm not really sure what would be worse, being without my car for a couple weeks while everything gets done, or not letting her out of my sight, being right there watching the sparks fly as it gets sanded down and reshaped. |

hey..i must admit ur in much better shape than i was when my car was in the shop. The shop was next to my neighboorhood...so i would walk (in the hot Alabama sun) to see her and (yes i'll admit it) talk to her. it helped me...although the shop workers think i'm insane. When i totalled her...i went there everyday for a week and sat w/ her and cried like a big baby till they took her to salvage . So at least u know ur car will be safe at home soon.

Yes its hard and a pain in the ass to wait for it to be done. My car was in the shop for about 1 1/2 weeks and it sucked staying at home on friday and saturday nights doing nothing. But its worth it in the end
