Yesterday I took out my gauge cluster to change the light bulb colour and while I was there I disconnected the bell noise ( the one that keeps dinging when you leave the keys in the car and open the drivers door). Then I reconnected the bell noise and gauge cluster. Now the interior lights, clock, and noise to tell you that you have left your lights on don’t work, and my antenna doesn’t so down when the car is off. But my turbo timer and radio still work. teh radio keeps its preset stations. It just seems to be anything that has constant power going to it that has stopped working. also, my alarm keeps telling me that i have a door/boot/bonet ajar when i alarm the car.
Anyone got any ideas why? |

the exact same thing happened in my car. you want to check the fuse box under the hood. i think it's a fuse size 10 or 20.

For anyone else looking for a fix for this ..
I replaced the fuse marked "dome" in the engine bay fuse box beside the battery. This is connected to the aerial module, the interior light, the clock, and can make the alarm think a door/boot is open. Its a 10 fuse |

i have something similar going on with my car. i just figured it was the switch that tells the car the door is opened or closed. now i don't have any problem with the clock or anything like that though. is that my problem? i will go ahead and check.
