Anyone have an EDU on where this is, and how to install it? It's causing a CEL 71 on my car. Thanks.

theres a vac line with a white line or a dashed white line that runs from the throttle body to it. follow that and you should find it.
if not then look at the celicatech BGB's to find it or search the internet for the egr location on your motor.

the EGR VSV is located on the back of the intake manifold.
there are 2 valves attached back there, one for the EGR, (just follow the line, and one for the FPR, (if you have cali emissions or 96+)

^ nop. you change it form the top, is located in a very easy access area. and before you change it check your vacium lines and such. because I change mine and problem is still there, so now I found out that is one of the V lines is lose so there is no enough pressure to open the EGR valve and that's what is triggering the code.

i got it from the bottom, but now am unsure if i took out the right part. are there two valves on it?

reason why i ask is i ordered the VSV from toyota, they gave me the part from a camry 5sfe, and it didn't match. the one on mine is blue valve/red valve on one bracket.

fyi my car is cali-spec so i don't know if emission parts are different. thanks for all the help.
