Resetting the ECU is crucial after installing aftermarkets. Your car may run at a abnormal state if you didn't.

Just pull the EFI fuse unless you don't care about your radio presets.

ok i think i screwed up, earlier on today after driving the car around for a little bit i came home turned the car off and pulled the four fuses i needed to pull waited like 30 min or so, went back to the car put the fuses back in,turned the car back on and nothing changed not the radio nothing, although it kinda felt a little smoother at idle that was it, then as i walked around the car i noticed a little bit of black fluid that apeared to have been spit out of the exuast pipe, socan any one tell me what the hell i did.

you did nothing at all.
the black fluid you see is the water mixed with carbon deposit in your exhaust system. you have nothing to worry about. |

A crank pulley doesn't affect fuelling to resetting ecu does nothing. In turn... the crank pulley shouldn't affect your fuel economy either. Perhaps having it installed has caused your foot to get heavy...
