I have the bootleg version for my 240 and I mostly noticed the difference at higher rpms, around 5k to 6.4k. Major difference in my top end. I'm definatly getting better acceloration at 60mph+. It cost me about $60 and about $30 for the belts. Haven't tried it on the GT though.

You'll get very little out of it, but it's still something worth buying if you have the money. If you are brave enough to modify the 5sfe, you're brave enough to buy an underdrive pulley.
