 Bad bushings or normal? |

First im sry for not providing images to help me show what i mean. No camera available but if i cant explain, ill try and get some pics up in a day or so.
When checking my car around i found something that bothered me. In the rear, there are 2 iron bars stretching from the the middle of the car out to the rear wheels, one on each side. (actually there are 2 on each side but this refers to the ones furthest back. If i grab these bars i can twist them slightly back and forth. There is no movement sideways, but its easy to twist them slightly back and forth. They are attached with some rubber bushings in both ends. Now, can i assume the bushings are done and needs replacing, or is this supose to be this way?
