Indeed. I bought it like that. The guy said it is white road paint. And some of that in the picture is bugs and crap but it still definitely needs a spray job.

Guys im really sorry, I've been in KC all weekend at Displace Me and didnt get back till late Sunday and slept all night, then had class all day today. Anyways, im having a really hard time finding a consistent quote for the rims, so hold on right now. I will let you know ASAP. The bumper i will ship to your door for 215. (sorry shipping is a bia on that one) And the side markers, shipping is about 15 bucks on those.
