What about the washers for the headlights? lil things that squirt water onto your lights at the front of the car? What you guys think of them? or are they just on UK GT's?

Fab. Do exactly what they say on the tin, but also cool for scaring pedestrians and cyclists at traffic lights and just generally showing off biggrin.gif

idk about anyone else, but the button on the hvac control that lets you select inside or outside air feed is ALWAYS on outside -- b/c the windows seem to fog up INSTANTLY if i put it on the other setting.

i'm not a huge fan of the light in the cargo area either. it's too dim to really see anything anyway.

the lug wrench that toyota provides is a joke. if your lugs are torqued appropriately, you'll have a heck of a time trying to get them off with that puny little thing, especially when you have a puncture.

on top of all that, i put in additional useless votes for the backseat, rear ashtray, and cupholder.

Its not Impossible. I can put in a Medium McDonald drink (0.4 liter) in it and shift without problems. Its only a bit awkward

I can shift with a soda can in the cup holder (I have the padded arm rest), bottle wise I have to put it on the passenger side seat (it doesn't even fit in there anyway.....), and as for fast food drinks, like what phonex98 said, I have to put my arm a lil bit closer to myself to not touch the straw, and shift with my finger hanging down with my arm resting on the side of the lid........ If it's a tall cup, I'll have to put it between my legs... tongue.gif

in my car...my non-working aftermarket sunroof that leaks, the rear ashtray and when i got the sparcos in, my back seats. I measured it up b4 i took em out, i have only about 3.5" between the metal under the rear seat and where the sparcos bases meet up. So unless your an amputee, or are under the age of 10, you can fit in my backseat perfectly.

Cup holders. And they can't even fit a big ole gas station cup. (not like I'd want something so large blocking the shifter anyways) So when I was on road trips, I'd wedge my beverage between the seat's side bolster and the door skin. Worked great.

The ashtray has more uses than just holding change! Idk if anyone has noticed this, but it also meant to hold cards i think. Such as business cards or possibly credit cards. Try it, they fit perfectly. Try it try it! Haha but i think it is kind of stupid (although kind cool) that the ashtray has a light in it. Is that meant so that you can see your ashes even during the night? haha.

And hey, don't hate on the Cupholders, my BMW doesn't even have any at all haha. Even my Alltrac (which was sold last night frown.gif ) had a wierd location for cup holders. It was right below the CD player so you couldn't load cds and have cups at the same time. Also it was difficult to shift into 1st, 3rd, and 5th if you had big cups becuase your hand would hit the cups.

IMO, i think the most useless feature on the Convertible Celica is the Convertible top cover. Convertible owners should know what im talking about. It's a REALLY bulky heavy piece that doesn't make the car look any better and takes a several minutes to install. With this in the already small trunk, there isn't any room to put anything else in there haha.

You should sell that vert cover...they go for like 8 million dollars.
People have created cup holders that go in replace of the cubby hole below the cd player. However if you have a double din obviously its not possible.

My vote is the backseat though. As big as I am no one fits. I removed the rear ashtray and put in another cigarette lighter type thing for car chargers, since im charging my ipod, phone etc all the time.

Yeah, I would say the back seat. Only like 3-4 people have sat on it for the 5 years I've had the car. Even people under 5"5" have trouble back there, and I can feel the weight difference. I totally eliminated that sucker. Saved me like 5-10 pounds with all the seat belt stuff and garbage hardware, LOL. rolleyes.gif The things weighs next to nothing. tongue.gif
