get GT motor mounts, they will work with the GT tranny and 3sgte motor. no welding involved.

dont forget the shifter cables for the gt tranny as well. You will need the motor mount/ bracket combo. Also, in order to install the pass. side motor mount, your gonna have to drill 2 holes into the frame and get 2 long bolts in order for it to work. There are two dimples arlready marked there for you so they should be easy to locate. hope this helps. any questions, feel free to ask me, i put a 3s into my st

You know, I used the shifter cables from my ST, and they seem to work just fine. What was the issue with the ST cables?

I thought i saw a post a long time ago saying that the GT cables were a little bit longer than the st cables. But i guess i could be wrong kindasad.gif . I used my ST cables on my E-153 tranny and they worked... but the shifting was a little off. It wassent till i got my st205 cables that the shifting really felt right. Thats why from personal experience, i would recomend getting matching cables for the tranny.

With mounts and brackets you are looking aroung roughly $200. Try to get to a junk yard and try to get the brackets from there if you can. Esp. the the passenger side bracket which whent to the dealer, they told me they couldnt get one anymore... but it may be different for you.
