the right half of my speedometer dash is completely out and i cant see how much gas, the engine temp and half of my speedometer. I was wondering if there were any write-ups on changing the bulbs to the dash. I'm not very good with electrical and i don't wanna just start unscrewing things and guessing what leads to what. Thanks in advance.

how to
while you are at it you should get some LEDs off ebay so you can have a diff color other than green. i went with blue but i think super white would look good as well.

if i were you i would get the gauges off ebay and use them....it's not hard at all to take you cluster out...a couple screws and your good...you could get some bright led's off ebay or just spend a couple extra bucks and get the nice reverse glow gauges.....i added red led's to mine and this was the result...

one the stock bulbs there is a green "condom" like thing that makes it light up green. you should be able to pull it off your burnt out bulb and slide it on you new one. careful cuz they can tear pretty easily biggrin.gif you may even consider just pullling the "condoms" off all of the bulbs if you do tear one.

yea i found that out yesterday.. it went pretty well.. when i got the curved part off that goes over the cluster, i found my actual cluster only had one screw holding it in.. confused.gif i guess the bulbs went before and someone already changed them before i had it and was too lazy to put all the screws back in lol.. but yea it turned out good and i took the "condoms" off and now my cluster looks like a bright light orange.. i think it looks cool.. i may invest in some LED's now that i know i can successfully take apart my cluster without hassle now
