I work in an office and flat letters get more attention than regular letters because so many things come in a #10 envelope such as invoices that its usually last priority to open.

I still stick with go with a flat 9x11 envelope. Do make sure that the color envelope matches the piece of paper you used so if you used white paper then use a white envelope.
