hey guys i need some help with something, my car has been fine for the last year no problems and last night all of a sudden it was acting kinda weird i could tell something was wrong with my car .... so i floored it to see what was going on see what was diffrent on the way to a movie and i realized that i had noooooo torque what so ever but i didnt really think to much of it cause it idled fine but after the movie i was on my way home and my car was acting really weird .... i could hear a kinda knocking sound and when i was trying to get on the highway i shifted to 3rd gear and i could get passed 4000 rpm to save my live and close to home at a light i put the clutch in and it died as i was driving , i turned it back on and it was in neutral it idled just fine but once again i put the clutch in and it started to die again and i had to quickly change gears so it would not die ..... dose anyone know what might cause this problem i was thinking it was the idle control sencer or maybe my clutch is going out or something not sure please let me know what yall think? thanks guys

It sounds like you have a problem with the timing. Is the CEL on? That would probably lead you right to the problem. But it for sure sounds like an issue with the firing being off or not happening at all.

ok well if thats the case what would i have to do to get that fixed ..... do you think if its not firing right that maybe its just that one of the spark plugs went bad cause i take really good care of my car .... and im not to sure how the timing would have gotten off with out a big chang in mods i wouldnt think ??? i mean im not a master mechanic or anything so i could be compleatly worng :-(
