Need Some Help i have a pretty good deal on a used 3SGE it came out from a 89 GT-s its running very strong and i need some advice before doing my swap what things i need? i have the engine,tranny,ecu,harness,axles etc. i have the whole car just need some information for the installation

Are you sure that axles will line up (as in good length), because its an entirely different model with a much narrower width.

You probably could use an 6gc GT tranny with axels, the only problem is that the starter motor is on the other side on 1st gen 3S-G(T)E's which requires modification.

if im going to use all the parts from the car (i have front clip) i'm still going to need to modify the starter? damn then is better to make my 7afe manual?? cuz the axles of the clip don't work im still goin to need to buy tranny and axles right?

The starter would be going on the S54 transmission so I'm not sure if it would even work properly.

If your going to buy a clip, use the transmission that comes with the motor. As for the axles, you may have to use a hybrid. 4GC GT-S inner's with ST or GT outters and maybe a spacer, it would require measuring.
