I am surprised nobody answered this. Or maybe I am not.

Anyway, for starters, you need to do some research. Running a t70 is going to require alot more work then I think you thought it would. As well as a Safc is not a good idea. While I have never even looked up a t70 for a 3s, I can tell you that fuel is going to be a big issue. I am unsure on how the pistons will fair, they may need replacements. Boost controller is needed, but so is some form of engine management. Like I said, alot of work is going to be put into making a t70 run. For the most part, I think you can take any part on your motor now and expect to replace it. Manifold, injectors, fuel rail, pistons?, other inners, downpipe, wastegate, BOV, intercooler and piping, Engine Management (megasquirt, wolf, etc) and I would assume stronger axles, stronger clutch, other trans parts, wideband O2 plus other gauges. Plus add in costs for someone to properly tune your car.

On another note. Stock boost is completely different from a Ct to a t70. 5lbs,7lbs, 10lbs all produce a huge difference from a CT to the t70.

I suggest looking at MR2oc forums for some help.

A quick look over there produced all 3s running a t70 with close to or over 600hp.

Partial Parts list for a t70 build for sale claimed 9k invested in engine:
Built 8.0.1 pistons, fully machined bottom end and head, greddy top mount exhaust manifold, Master Power T70 turbo and 3in DP, 850cc injectors w/dual feed rail and adj FPR, HKS 272 cams, Full Ferrea Valvetrain, custom air-water intercooler, custom RMR intake manifold w/T-VIS removed, Blitz Nur-spec exhaust, greddy type-R BOV, Stage 5 axles.

Also, where did you get said t70? I hope it was not an ebay $200 turbo. That thing will not last more than a month if not blow during your tuning session.
