Light is light... Led light shouldn't be any harder than any other source of light. When taking night shots the camera's shutter speed is a lot slower to try to capture as much light as possible so you need to hold the camera very still. An average people cannot hold the camera still enough to produce clear night shots. That's why you need a tripod or at least rest it on something stable.
Try it again per my suggestion, I'm sure you will be very happy with the results. This pic was taken during pretty low lighting conditions but since the shutter was left open for about 2 seconds and using a tripod it looks like it was shot during the day time. |

only have had one warning ticket, i took off from our local car show and forgot to turn them off actally made it across town which was pretty amazing with all the cops in my town. Yes i did the boilin water trick but be patient with it, my friend rushed and busted his glass in half. so be careful and keep dipping. i had a flat head cover with ducktape to help me sepearte the sealant when i was pulling it apart and took my time all the way around. the video link in this thread is great when it comes to making the rings. The worst part is using a hair dryer to heat up the remaining sealent, you have to get rid of the old stuff before you put on your own sealant or else you wont be able to put the glass back on perfectly and you'll probally get condensation

I'm liking the angel eyes. I want to do it to my car, but I think they would look best if I had clear lenses, but then it would be obvious that I made them myself. I used to have underglows on my car too. Worse yet, I had LED color-changing underglows that would flash and pulse to the beat of the music. So I won't say anything about your underglows. If you like them, more power to you!

How did you get your gauge cluster like that? Are they regular LED replacement bulbs or is that a whole neon shoved in the back there?? Or a UV or something?
