hey guys, im looking to swap in another 5's before this summer and swap over all my goodies. I've called a few junkyards around here and can't seem to find a decently priced one that's low millage. I found this one, and they want 1350 shipped, which im sure i can get lower. But if anyone has a lower millage one, or a newer one they are looking to get rid of, let me know. Or if anyone knows where i can find a better one. All help and input appreciated!

you could always rebuild it for cheaper than buying a lower mileage motor. just a thought. either way, GL

justin, whats wrong with your motor right now, other than the high miles?
if you have good compression across all 4 cylinders, just pull off the head, throw in a 80$ metal headgasket, maybe do your valve seals while the head is out, and call it a day.

yeah, well i have to find a way to get my car over to my buddy's garage to do a compression check. But my car's off the road right now with no plates on it. I would love to not have to replace the engine, but this summer im going to be driving around 60 miles to work everyday, so i want to make sure everything is solid, even if it means spending some extra money.
