Nice. Not too many of us have dads, but I know how you feel. My dad has always been there for me and without my dad, I wouldn't be the man I am today.

assembling the car today. funny thing is that we forgot to bring in my spoiler and gas lid to paint yesterday..........

original plan was just to wet sand it down so all the clear is gone. then just shoot the paint.
here is the primer that my dad said we should just invest in. luckily we did or else the paint would've not stuck and would look all wrinkley

i just took the car out for a drive. alot of heads turned
 there was a car cruise i passed and chicks in tc's stopped and followed me. kinda gay though cuz i was in surf shorts and no shirt with black spots from the paint but yeah i'll post the pics in a sec. -------------------- I don't normally drive fast, but when I do its on a curvy section of this island

lolz my dad told me he was gonna do the whole thing while i drive his truck to go get lunch. fair enough. im painting the spoiler and gas lid though. we missed it yesterday. all my fault. but im liking the spoiler-less look.
as far as the paint. i bought my paint at a local shop. Napa auto store. dont know if its also station up in the mainland. the sold me cross/fire paint. i wanted the deepest black they got and they gave me. this paint called "mid-night coach black" i have to go back and get the clear and................possibly a gold pearl to put between clear coats
