Ya man! you didnt see the dyno Vid in multimedia?
I guess i should post it in this thread too since its the build thread lol.

So ya, The car is great! FAST like you wouldn't believe with just 14.5lbs right now. in 3rd it pulls so hard! torque steer makes it so you HAVE to hold the wheel with two hands. i had it on the highway the other day and it will blow the doors off so many cars lol. cant wait for spring and for another 8-10psi which should be another 100 hp if not more smile.gif once the weather is nicer im going back to the dyno with high boost. maybe even a race gas run and 30psi lol.

Dyno Vid here
You can see the exhaust coming out the side in the last couple seconds. blowing fire at people is also a plus.

i know your trying to do the right thing for your motor, but this is one of those times where you should just trust the guys who have had their swaps for a while and have done a ton of research into this.

unfortunately i didn't grab it, I'll make sure i grab both when i go back at high boost. It looks identical to the last time i made 330whp then broke lol. but this time it will last. (knocks on wood)

Looks almost like that one. little cleaner imo and less lag. we added a little more timing. and the torque doest fall off as much since we added more timing there also. nothing really changed part wise, just a stronger bottom end.

Thats incredible power to be making at just 1bar of boost. That car should have no problem making it to 400+hp.

Thanks Lagos. I should be able to squeeze out about 20-30 more HP without upping the boost also by advancing the intake cam a few degrees and retarding the exhaust cam. they are running straight up right now.

I cant wait to turn the boost up lol. I Planned on doing it this weekend, but were supposed to get a snow storm. wtf. I should give Manny a call when i go biggrin.gif

Ya, my buddy who is tunning it with me wants a holset on his wrx now. he cant believe it spools as good as it does for its size.

We call him turbo Mike because he has a 5.0 foxbody stang with all junkyard parts in it, and two john deer turbos on it lol and it runs 10.0s. he actually has a seven page article about his car in hot rod mag.

Glad I motivate you lol.
I payed 450 for the turbo on ebay. it was freshly rebuilt, and my buddys mr2 that he also decided to go hx35... payed 500 for a brand new one, he got a deal! they are sold for 1k+ on legit stores new. and if you were talking about psi and not price, 35psi efficiently. oh and if you were talking about how much hp can they run. about 550whp is what ive seen on dsm's
