Im looking to buy an invader style body kit but cant afford the real veilside ones. From the people who have invader style bodykits which company/website did you buy it off that has the best fitment without the higher price. I understand all knock offs of veilside wont fit as good but even still are there certain retailers/websites that have better fitment than others. Please post. thank you

And really, i've delt with alot of body kits (not for the celica) and it' really depends on your talent to properly fit body parts. I did a search a few months ago for a kit that'd "bolt on" with little fitments for one of our local members, but it ended up as a wild feiasco so i said fcuk it This post has been edited by D-Man: Jun 20, 2008 - 11:26 AM -------------------- QUOTE (presure2 @ Nov 6, 2010 - 6:16 AM) Via FB: fcuking awsome!!! You mean andysautosports to order off or they make the body kit themselves?
Found this and says its grade A fiberglass, company is VIS, looks like a good deal. Anyone order off this site before? http://www.groundeffex.com/product.php?ProductID=862 thanks |

I actually ended up buying mine from ebay. I can't quite remember who it was but I know they were the only ones selling and shipping them from in canada so I didn't end up paying extra on shipping and in total it was under $300 I think.

yea something like 300 in total. Was a while ago so can't remember and it seems they aren't for sale on ebay no more. Fitment was **** for the rear bumper. Mine still doesn't look right with a cm between my bumper and the bottom of my tail lights.

and that's going to happen black13, what you need to do is rather find a way of bolting it tighter, or differently.
Otherwise, get some body hardener, and fill in the gaps. Now if you do that, your going to have to fill the ENTIRE bumper to body line... That means ever where that bumper comes to the rest of the body, your going to have to fill those lines. Witch is what i prefer to do, that way you delete all the extra lines that make it look like a bumper and more like part of the car Then sand and repaint. Dry and buff... -------------------- QUOTE (presure2 @ Nov 6, 2010 - 6:16 AM) Via FB: fcuking awsome!!! D-man FTW! Damn D-Man - most impressive. why are lip kits more expensive then whole body kits? Ive been looking around trying to find a 404 lip kit (front, rear, sides) but cheapest i could find is $650, you could get either a c-on, invader or blitz(replicas) full body kit for less. Anyone know where to find a 404 lip kit for cheap, pleae let me know. thanks
