well i just finish putting the engine in and wiring up the car. Well i start to crank it but it wont start. i check for spark and theres spark. i check for fuel and turns theres no power to the fuel pump or injector. well i disconected the fuel line that goes on my filter and gasoline started to spray everywhere. i cant think of anything except the fuses, well i checked and none are burned . now iam running out of ideas and dont know what to do . i called doctor tweak and he was helping me go through to daignose my car but i cant use a multimeter lol so i told i called him when i find someone that can. so now am looking for help here at the forums , any help would be apreciated.

well the reason for mine not starting was that wires on the wiring harness that was suppost to kick the clutch pedal sensor to kick the starter was switch around i dont know if the third or the 2nd gen is different,but ask tweak..

sounds like mine, check the EFI relay and if you have a test light pop out the fuse box and check underneet to make sure eveything is getting power, and from there can check the relays are tripping. double check the injector wires, ensure there connected correctly (in case you removed the wires) mine when I put the wires back it seemed obvious but I did it backwards, injector 1 and 3 get the brown wire, 2 and 4 get the gray wire.

ok one more little thing have u check the timing to see if it was correct that could cause your car not to start too if it cranks..since you said you was getting fuel pressure (cause i think u did say that gas did spray everywhere when u took the fuel line off) and spark..but do what u gotta do first.

Ground your igniter by bolting it down.
Make sure your resistor pack is connected and grounded. Make sure your COR and fuel pump relays are connected (next to the ecu). Check the ecu for any stored codes (even if your dash light isn't on). -------------------- 15PSI - 30MPG - Megasquirt Tuned

I can check when i get home for you (around 4pm though.) my problem ended up bing a combination of things first my timing was +5 degress, 2nd my EFI relay and a few surrounding fuses were a little lose on the wire side, my map sensor was using the nipple on the intake mainfold sending switch rather then right on the manifold, and my manual was wrong about the firing order, book said (left to right) 4,3,2,1 when its 1,2,3,4,

You may not have a fuel pump relay depending on how the car was wired up. On the ST and GT models, the Circuit Opening Relay powers the fuel pump. For the 3SGTE's, they added the fuel pump relay and a resistor after the COR (triggered by the ECU's fpr wire) which runs the pump in reduced voltage for normal driving and full voltage when under load.
On my swap, I didn't install the fuel pump relay and am running at full voltage all the time. You can test the fuel pump by jumping FP and B+ in the diagnostics box.
