This came with some fogs I got, but I'm not going to use it, so it only seems fair to offer it up to you guys! Make offer.
Here's some pix, practical and alluring! Note that the blinker stalk and the headlights/foglight stalk are reversed from the USDM stalks. I'm just too OCD to be able to adapt to this Left Hand Side of the Bed™ way of life. ^Full frontal. ^Left stalk, aka The Wiper & Turn Signal ^The right stalk, aka low beam, high beam and fog light controls. Note the fog light is controlled with a separate rotating switch similarly to the way the intermittent wiper speed is controlled. ^Original JDM wiring harness action. Wires and plugs in very good condition with no evidence of corrosion. ^Back side of the unit just for good measure. Sorry it's a little blurry. I'm looking for best offer but would be even happier to trade them with someone who has a stock push-button fog switch. Wasn't someone on the forums looking to change their stock UK/US setup for a JDM setup just last week? Also, can you post the part numbers for the left and for the right stalk (even better if you can post the numbers for the US versions also)? -------------------- Davey

I'm all for that, but I haven't got the slightest clue as to how to locate the PN for the USDM switch. The JDM stalks I have have lots of numbers on it, I believe the turn signal is a different PN than the light stalk, as is the center part they connect to.

I haven't got the slightest clue as to how to locate the PN for the USDM switch. They should have 10 digit number probably starting 84310, 84140, 84112 or 84650. However the UK ones have a six digit part number instead: Left (Lights and turn - inc fog): 17A089 Right (Wipers/washers - inc. 4 position intermittent): 17A164 LH -------------------- Davey

I saw those, thanks for lookin' out. I thought Toyota made round ones... I'm holding out for a round one. I may go to a junk yard and get a non-Toyota one, so it's round. I want to put it in that little circle on the left driver's heat vent.

The part numbers are: 84165-20040 84165-20060 The first part number is for the basic switch, which is the easiest to work with if you are going to mod. The second part number is for the smart switch - it has a few extra wires and some logic to ensure that the fogs only work with the correct combinations of other lights (ie you have to have your lights on but not your full beams). They look identical when installed. They are pretty hard to find in the US I understand - I'll keep a lookout at my local scrap yards for you.
