Hi,
I am a new member of 6gc and I am currently shopping for a celica. I have come across this gt-s and it's in amazing condition w/170 000km on it. It has alpine deck and speakers w/sub, new summer tires with 16" toyota alloys, and he recently got new clutch and shocks. All leather w/sunroof. Details: # New Tires/Wheels 2 years ago (Dunlop SP Sport 9000 High Performance Summer Tires) # 4 Toyota OEM Steel Wheels with Michelin Pilot Alpin Winter Tires (Half tread remaining) # Alpine 9833 Deck and New Rear Alpine Speakers with MTX SubWoofer and Rockford Sub (NOTE: Lots of sound options for front set…there are 3 speakers per door) Asking $7200. With all the experience on this site, can someone let me know if I should go for this deal? I have not physically seen this car yet (guy lives VERY far from me). But when I do see it, I wanna have a decision and price in mind. BASICALLY, what is the max amount you would be willing to pay for this car? Any input is appreciated, Thanks in advance! What year is the car? For $7200 you can get a decent 7th gen.

That car better be mint - that's all I'm saying. All options, everything working, cold as hell A/C. Even then - sounds like he/she's expecting to be talked down. That's gotta be KBB Personal sale [or w/e they call it] for perfect condition.
Have you run a KBB on it? It's not great but at least you can see something close easily. But I wanna know what you think a reasonable price is for a 1995 Celica GT-S that is in very good condition. |

that is too much...
Mint, peppermint or spearmint. i would say at least 5K I paid 4500 for my vert, (GT, Limited edition) I was very decently close to mint. I would say, these things are getting rare. not many in auto trader -------------------- Learned a lot in 10 years... I just did it and it returned $4130 for "excellent" so it is overpriced. I'll post some pics to show you what i'm looking at. |

i think the price seems to be slightly higher than the cdn average especially for its cleanliness, condition, and options.
considering its mileage, i'd pay no more than $6200 for it. -------------------- -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
