the OEM ones are gonna be hard to find since they're discontinued. you might want to try some celica wreckers on ebay.co.uk or try the uk forums (celica-club.co.uk and gt4oc.net).
or, you can get an aftermarket one through Erebuni like what supradog1 has.. i don't really want the aftermarket one. too high IMO.

off subject but i saw supradog selling that gt4 conv. on ebay 7k...dont know if sold yet
